Join us for a “Yoga for Life” program at Stil Studio in Dedham, MA, on Saturday, May 5, starting at 1:00PM. Space is limited, so please reserve your spot.

“Yoga for Life” is a program for those who are on the path toward family building and for those clinicians and caregivers who are dedicated to helping and supporting others. All are welcome.

Donations will be accepted in lieu of a fee, and all proceeds will go to Journey to Parenthood (suggested donation: $20).

“Yoga for Life” will provide the basic building blocks to incorporate meditation and mindfulness into daily life, including techniques to provide relief from stress caused by life’s stresses. The program will conclude with Vinyasa yoga practice, which is suitable for all experience levels. We will provide you with the basic building blocks to incorporate meditation and mindfulness into your daily life.
